Processing Orders/Delivery
On placing your order, you will receive an e-mailed confirmation detailing your order and giving you a unique order reference number. On dispatch we will advise, via e-mail, that the goods are in transit and provide a Date of Delivery.
Should you have any problems concerning delivery, please contact us on 0845 6444 933 or email sales@screensandlamps.co.uk and we will provide you with up to date information.
Your purchase is protected by a 14-day return policy. Will refund any charges less shipping costs and a re-stocking fee where applicable.
Please note that in all circumstances a Return Merchandise Authorisation (R.M.A.) number must be obtained before shipping the product back to us. Products must be returned in their original packaging, which must not be defaced in any way, consequently, we recommend that they should be shipped inside extra packaging. Unfortunately, because it will limit our ability to resell the lamp module, if these conditions are not adhered to, we reserve the right to levy an increased restocking charge.
Refunds for purchases made by credit card will be issued as a credit to that same account after inspection of returned products.
Refunds for purchases made by cheque or wire transfer will be paid by refund cheque after inspection of returned products.

To request a return please contact us on 0845 6444 933 or email us at sales@screensandlamps.co.uk. Once a return authorisation number is given it remains valid for 10 business days (two weeks).

Mis-Shipments
We work hard to ensure the right product is shipped to you but in the event that an incorrect item is shipped, please contact us and we will make arrangements to pick-up the package and ship the correct product to the address you specify. We will pay all shipping charges.
Defective Product
If an item needs to be exchanged due to a product defect we will be happy to send out a replacement accessory (at our cost) once the defective item is returned to us.
If an exchange needs to be expedited you can request a "cross-ship" in which case we would charge your credit card for the expedited item (or for account holders, request a new purchase order) and give you a credit on the initial lamp once it has been received by us.
Ordered in error
If you have ordered the wrong item by mistake, in the first instance, please talk to us. We will endeavour to replace the item with the correct unit refunding the purchase price, after deducting the cost of shipping and, if necessary, a restocking fee. This fee will not exceed 25% of the price you paid, unless we advised you at the time of purchase that it was a special purchase item.
Returns policy - More than 14 days after delivery
After 14 days the manufacturers standard warranty applies. Please note, in many instances manufacturers do not warrant their products. Should you have an issue, please contact us and we will advise and assist you with regard that manufacturer and the procedure that needs to be employed.
